Our Process
How It Works
Site survey and system design
A qualified plumber surveys floor build ups, checks insulation and existing controls, then specifies wet or electric kit, pipe spacing and manifold locations for efficient heating.
Professional installation
We install electric mats or lay PEX pipe and manifolds, connect to your boiler or thermostats where required, and integrate wiring with existing controls.
Commissioning and handover
Full commissioning, flow checks and thermostat programming are completed. We provide system documentation, user guidance and our 12 month workmanship warranty.

Wet systems or electric? Wet underfloor heating uses PEX pipe and a manifold connected to your boiler or dedicated heat source. Electric systems use low-profile mats or loose wire, ideal for small bathrooms or retrofits where raising the floor is not possible. We advise on insulation standards, screed thickness and the correct flow temperatures to match your heat source and comply with Building Regulations.
Retrofit work and controls For existing homes we provide thin electric solutions and low-profile wet systems that avoid major levelling. We then commission the system and program thermostats so your new floor heating works with existing room stats and smart hubs.
